Question: We are in Oregon and have occasional drop ships to California. Do I need to collect sales tax?

Answer: Depends. Drop ships are complicated and answers are specific to the facts and circumstances of the case. For example, if you are using your own vehicles to deliver or if you are in other ways putting yourself physically into California, then yes, will trigger Wayfair.
